Breathing Class
Using a combination of modern science backed breathing methods and ancient traditions such as Kundalini Yoga and Buddhism, this class will teach you to become a more functional breather from a biochemical and biomechanical standpoint, whilst also introducing you to different techniques that will highlight a specific purpose such as stress release, firing up your agni, preparing the body for sleep, or simply unblocking the nose.
Held at The High School Leckhampton, Farm Lane Cheltenham
Bi-Monthly on a Monday evening 8-9pm

Breathing for Pelvic Floor Function Course
The 4-week structure allows time for each new focus to settle before layering in the next step.
A 4-hour intensive workshop option will also be available every 6 weeks for those who prefer a one-day format. [£60]
