What I do

I teach weekly yoga and breathwork classes in the local community and in studios. I teach movements that are functional, helping to build strength and mobility for greater ease and range of movement in everyday life, but that also encourage you to do more with your body than you ever thought possible.

I work with people of all ages—from sixth form students to school staff, SEN learners, and adult workshop participants—to create supportive, calming spaces where they can reset, recharge, and reconnect. Through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, I help individuals manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional and physical resilience. It’s a privilege to guide others on their wellbeing journey, and I’m continually inspired by the positive shifts I witness.​

Yoga

I am a Yoga Alliance 200hr yoga teacher, having completed my training in June 2020 with Ian Davies at the Orange School of Yoga in Cheltenham.

I teach movements that are functional, helping to build strength and mobility for greater ease and range of movement in everyday life, but that also encourage you to do more with your body than you ever thought possible.

My classes, which are suitable for most people, use the breath to really connect with the self, and then work from the ground up, helping to stabilise balance before moving on to more flowing movements that encourage you to really feel and be present in your own body.  This takes you out of your thinking head and stills the mind leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Schools

Bringing Calm, Focus, and Resilience to Schools

 

I work with students in Years 7–13 across both private and public sectors, teaching practical techniques to help them relax and manage stress. Using a combination of breathwork, simple yoga stretches and balances, along with relaxation and meditation practices, I help students step out of the constant chatter of their minds, reconnect with their bodies, and ease the anxiety and tension they may be experiencing. These tools support them in facing the rest of their day with greater calm, clarity, and focus.

The techniques I teach are safe, easy to use independently, and free — empowering students to manage their own stress and emotional wellbeing anytime they need to. It’s incredibly valuable for young people to discover early on that something as simple as conscious breathing can significantly shift how they feel. It’s encouraging to see schools embracing this approach, particularly in light of the rising levels of anxiety among teenagers.

 

I hold an Enhanced DBS Certification, ensuring full safeguarding compliance when working with young people.

Breathwork

In my breathwork classes, I will support and guide you to develop optimal breathing by exploring the Oxygen Advantage technique, along with other yogic breathing practices and simple movements, based on your needs. I teach face to face (outside where possible), and online.  There are options for small group classes, or one-to-one sessions (with online possibilities) tailored to your particular needs.

Icebaths

Icebath sessions are about embracing nature, pushing beyond your self-imposed limitations, overcoming fears, and unleashing your full potential.

Most of us live such comfortable lives that we rarely get the opportunity to truly see what we are made of.  This is where the cold is instrumental in teaching us to overcome our fears and become stronger than we were before.  This strength infiltrates other parts of our lives too.

​

I hold monthly icebath sessions and there are party packages for celebrations including Hen Parties.
