VM Yoga & Breathworks is about helping you restore balance in your breathing and your body, so you can move beyond what you thought was possible. This renewed sense of connection often filters into other areas of life, opening up space for growth, clarity, and deeper wellbeing.

Supporting Calm, Focus, and Wellbeing Through Movement and Breath
I work with people of all ages—from sixth form students to school staff, SEN learners, and adult workshop participants—to create supportive, calming spaces where they can reset, recharge, and reconnect. Through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, I help individuals manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional and physical resilience. It’s a privilege to guide others on their wellbeing journey, and I’m continually inspired by the positive shifts I witness.
