CLASSES

Classes

I teach general classes in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, in various venues, and offer one-to-one classes in both yoga and breathwork, as well as small group classes.  In addition, I do monthly icebath/breathwork sessions in Cheltenham.  I also provide the option of classes via zoom. 

In person yoga classes are £12 for 60 min currently run in Leckhampton, Cheltenham

One to one breathwork session is £45 for 60 min session 

One to one yoga lesson is £50 

Monthly Icebath/Breathwork Sessions £30 - £40 depending on numbers

Corporate / Schools

I give various workshop sessions to corporates and schools, starting at 45 minute sessions and going up to several hours.  Prices depend on number of attendees and length of session.
