SCHOOLS

The work I do in schools centres around teaching Years 7-13 in both the private and public sectors, techniques to help them relax and de-stress. Using a blend of breathwork, simple yoga stretches & balances, plus Relaxation/Meditation, the classes help students to get out of the chatter of their heads, and into their bodies, and relieve some of the anxiety and stress they are experiencing. It helps them face the rest of their day with a greater sense of calm for clearer focus.

The techniques I teach are safe, and of course free for students to use whenever they feel anxious or stressed. It’s so useful for them to learn from a young age that they can use their breathing to change how they feel, and it’s really positive that schools are in line with the latest science on this, especially as there has been a noticeable rise in anxiety levels amongst the teenage age group in particular.
